Prepare the Package
Carefully place the item back into its original shipping box; if the box is damaged, please use a similar heavy-duty carton to ensure the product is protected.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your return and refund.
